Víctor S. Matta Dall’Orso

Andrés Muñoz Ramirez

Commercial Engineer in Business Administration from the University of Santiago de Chile in 1986, post-graduated in Administration and Business Management from the University for Development of Chile in 1995. Currently, he is Chairman of Financiera TFC. He worked since 1999 to 2011 at Interbank, being Executive Commercial Vice-President, responsible for opening the Representative Office in China. Cristian Celis Morgan

Partner and founder of Australis Partners, an independent firm of management of private equity funds, focused on the countries of the Pacific Alliance, México, Colombia, Peru and Chile. Cristián began his career at Citigroup in 1991 as a member of the Corporate Finance team. For 10 years he accumulated valuable experience in M & A transactions and Debt for large Chilean and regional companies, both in local and international capital markets. César Luna Victoria

Abogado por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, estudios completos de Maestría en Derecho por la misma Universidad; socio de Rebaza & Alcázar, SCRL; especialista en derecho corporativo y tributario,  transacciones internacionales, fusiones y adquisiciones, planificación fiscal internacional y protección a patrimonios familiares; profesor asociado de la Facultad de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; asociado del Instituto Peruano de Derecho Tributario (IPDT) y de la International Fiscal Association (IFA), ha sido integrante de varias de sus mesas directivas y presidente de la IFA (Grupo Peruano); en enero de 1999 fue designado ministro en la cartera de Industria, Turismo, Integración y Negociaciones Comerciales Internacionales (MITINCI); en octubre de 1999 fue designado ministro en la cartera de Pesquería; durante su gestión, en los  ministerios a su cargo establecieron las bases para celebrar los Tratados de Libre Comercio y negoció los acuerdos comerciales con Ecuador, como parte de los acuerdos de paz al cierre de los conflictos territoriales; también, en tanto ministro, fue presidente de la Comisión de la Comunidad Andina (CAN), director de la Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF) y director de la Comisión de Promoción de la Inversión Privada (COPRI), encargada de privatizar los activos empresariales del Estado; árbitro en los centros de arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima,  de la Pontificia  Universidad Católica del Perú y de la Cámara de Comercio Americana del Perú (AMCHAM Perú).
