DESIGNATION OF CÉSAR MENDOZA SUÁREZ AS MANAGER OF INNOVATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Lima, August 5th, 2019.- We are pleased to announce the designation of Mr. César Mendoza Suárez as a new member of the management team, who will assume the position of Manager of Innovation and Continuous Improvement, as of August 5th, 2019.
Mr. Mendoza has extensive experience in the areas of operations, logistics, projects, continuous improvement (lean manufacturing), IT and customer service. He has a degree in Informatics Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and has an MBA from Maastricth School of Management, Netherlands.
Since 2018 he has held the position of Innovation and Development Manager at ENFASYS Consultores (Perú), responsible of operations consulting, customer service, supply chain, transportation, quality assurance and customer experience. He was previously Corporate Manager of Standards, Procedures and Quality at LATAM Airlines, Chile; and also Deputy Manager of Passenger Service and others in LAN Peru.

Nuestras convocatorias se realizan a través de portales de empleo (Computrabajo, Bumeran, Laborum, Indeed, Linkedin) y no a través de otras redes sociales. Sólo el área de Gestión Humana de la compañía es responsable de gestionar los procesos de selección y bajo ninguna circunstancia se realizan cobros para dichos procesos.
